EPOCH: Graham Howe 1970–1971

EPOCH presented a rare body of unseen photographs taken by Graham Howe during his formative years in Australia, coinciding with the Museum of Australian Photography’s exhibition The basement: photography from Prahran College (1968–1981). The publication design honoured the analogue tactility of 1970s photography while offering a contemporary framework that allowed Howe’s images to be fully experienced as both archival record and cultural artefact.
