Di Stasio Wines
Paying hommage to Ronnie Di Stasio's migrant parents who tended the vegetable patch at his vineyard, the Pinot Noir is hand written by Pasqualina and the Chardonnay by Prisco. The corks had each of their names emblazoned.
With the vineyard's first vintage in 1999, the design has stayed consistent throughout until 2023 when Phylloxera took hold of the vines and the property was sold the following year.
The vineyard was lucky to escape the 2009 Black Saturday fires, however smoke tainting to the Pinot Noir grapes resulted in the production of Rosato that year.
